§ 2-7. Child support attorney

(a) Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 59.458, the position of child support attorney is created for the county.

(b) In accord with Wis. Stats. § 59.53(6), the child support attorney shall have the powers enumerated therein with respect to the establishment of paternity and child support enforcement on behalf of the county.
