Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 48.09, the district attorney is designated to represent the interests of the public in all juvenile matters arising under Wis. Stats. §§ 48.125, 48.13 and 48.14, except that the interests of the public in Wis. Stats. § 48.14(5) shall be represented by the corporation counsel.
