§ 38-85. Penalty

The court will impose on any person convicted of violating this division one or more of the penalties set forth in Wis. Stats. § 118.163(2) or Wis. Stats. § 938.342(1g), or both. If the person convicted of violating this division is under 17 years of age, that person will also be subject to any penalty authorized by Wis. Stats. § 118.163(4).
