§ 30-33. Complaints

The county clerk will maintain forms for use in filing complaints under Wis. Stats. § 106.50. For any person alleging a violation of Wis. Stats. § 106.50 in the county, the county clerk will assist that person in filing a complaint seeking enforcement action under Wis. Stats. § 106.50. A person seeking enforcement action under Wis. Stats. § 106.50 must file the complaint with the equal rights division of the state department of workforce development.
