Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 59.43(4)(6), Wis. Stats. § 59.52(14), and Wis. Stats. ch. 228, the county register of deeds may,
in the discharge of his duties, utilize an optical imaging system that accurately reproduces or forms a durable medium for
recording of documents required by law to be kept by said office, so long as the use of such a system is in accordance with
the requirements of Wis. Admin. Code ch. Adm. 12, and law.
