§ 22-101. Responsibilities with regard to developmentally disabled persons

The center board shall be given the authority, insofar as state laws and regulations permit, to discharge the responsibilities of county government toward the citizens of the five counties who are developmentally disabled, as required by Wis. Stats. § 51.437.
