§ 18-65. Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of this article shall include all nuisances within the county but shall not apply within the corporate limits of municipalities that have a full-time health department as defined in Wis. Stats. § 251.08, nor shall this article infringe upon any state or federal agency laws or regulations.
